TrevoScrub-wRECked

Overview

Part of the TrevoScrub series – since sometimes you just need a good scrubbing.

TrevoScrub-wRECk is one of the TrevoScrub Max for Live plugins that will run in Ableton Live with optional Push control. TrevoScrub-wRECk uses the same scrubbing engine at TrevoScrub-TxT. The system RECords and saves audio in realtime, then provides extreme modulation and manipulation of captures combined with live input. It pairs well with the TrevoScrub-FoldorScrubher for creating thick textures from multiple captures. For an interesting try TrevoScrub-wRECk on Drum and Bass.

Usage:

Open the Ableton Set, or drag the plugin into your own Set. Click the foldor icon to browse for a folder to store your captured audio files. Choose whether to capture beats or seconds and then select a the amount. Click “Monitor” to listen to audio input and “Record” to capture audio for either as long as you specified or until you click the “Record” button again. Use MIDI notes 1-16 to restore persets, 18/19 to play and pause, 25 to reload the folder. For more information see the README.txt in the TrevoScrub-TxT distribution.

Installation:

No externals are required to run this plugin.
